Pizza Cookies
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup pecans
Mix first 8 ingredients and press into pizza pan. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes at
350 degrees.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on mini marshmallows, chips and
pecans. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until
marshmallows are slightly browned.
Remove from oven and drizzle on; 1/4 cup chocolate chips and
1 1/2 teaspoons margarine that have been cooked in a microwave until soft.
