My Uncle John makes this bread every
Christmas and everyone looks forward to it. It stays very moist and lasts well.
When I would go to stay with my cousin Mollie we used to have baking contests.
Uncle John taught us both how to make this bread. After we would make the bread
he would be our judge to see who had made it the best. If I remember right, it
was always a tie.
This recipe comes from my Aunt Shirley, it is her sister's recipe.
