Old Fashioned Orange Scones
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/4 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
3/4 cup Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Currants
1 Egg
Mix all together and pat into a 6 inch round baking pan. Cut into quarters. Bake
at 350F about 25 minutes.
