Baked Chicken Siciliano Low Sodium/Low Fat
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
4 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine tomato sauce, 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 1/4
cup Parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Coat chicken with mixture. Place chicken in baking dish;
sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon Classic Italiano Blend
over coated chicken.
Bake 40 minutes or until done.
