Oven Fried Chicken
6 5 ounce chicken
breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
Combine Creole Seasoning and corn flake crumbs.
Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll chicken in crumb
Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 375F for 1 hour.
