Roast Pork with Mustard Crust
pounds pork tenderloin, in 2 pieces
2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash Peppercorn BBQ Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Place pork tenderloins in shallow roasting pan or baking dish a
few inches apart. In a small bowl, mix to a paste-like consistency,
the rest of the ingredients. Spread mixture on top of the two pieces
of meat, patting down to stick.
Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until juices run clear. Remove
to cutting board, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice in think pieces and serve.
