Blue Cheese Dressing
4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
5 oz blue cheese
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Grey Poupon Country Dijon
Mustard
2 clove garlic cloves
Mince garlic then mix all ingredients in bowl and pour back into yogurt
container.
Refrigerate and use as dressing on salad.
2 Tablespoons per serving.
