Frozen Cherry Salad
1 20 oz can
reduced-calorie cherry pie filling
1 14 oz can fat-free sweetened
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
TBS. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container frozen reduced-calorie
whipped topping, thawed
Combine first 4 ingredients.; fold in whipped topping. Coat an 8-inch square pan
with cooking spray; pour cherry mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 8
hours or overnight. Cut into rectangles.
