1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided
1 cup dried mixed fruit, chopped, or dried fruit bits
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat two sheet pans with cooking spray or line them

until they start to become firm, about eight minutes. Cool for one minute before
removing from pans and then allow to cool completely.
Stir together remaining one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and powdered sugar;
sprinkle over cookies.
