Baked Chicken and Prosciutto
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
Italian salad dressing, low calorie
2 slices prosciutto -
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing overnight; covered and chill.
Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat baking dish with nonstick spray.
Arrange breasts in single layer, cover with prosciutto and
bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until juices run clear.
