Mocha Cappuccino Mousse
1 pkg 8 oz
cream cheese (try fat free)
1 cup brewed strong coffee at room temp
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) of chocolate sugar free instant pudding
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tub 8 oz fat free cool whip thawed and divided
Mix cream cheese with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add coffee
and milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat on low
speed 2 min. Let stand 5 min or until thickened.
Stir in 2 cups whipped topping. Spoon into 6 dessert glasses or 1 qt serving
bowl.
Refrigerate and before serving top with remaining whipped
topping.
