These are really good and make
a good lunch or a quick supper. When you buy the beef for these, look
for beef that is still very pink in the middle when you buy it, for the
best tasting sandwich.
French Dip
1 lb. sliced thin beef from the deli
1 C. beef broth
1 minced garlic clove
4 Sub buns
2 T. butter
Spread buns with butter and grill. Heat beef broth and add garlic.
As soon as
the broth gets hot add the beef. Leave in a couple of minutes maximum. You are
only heating the beef, not cooking it.
Divide the beef in 4 and put it in the
buns. Add the broth to a cup and serve with the sandwich.
