Grilled Cobb Sandwich 2 slices
sourdough bread
2 pats butter
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 thin slice of rotisserie chicken breast
1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp diced onions
1 tbsp crumbled bacon bits
1 tbsp diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Ranch dressing
1/2 avocado, sliced
Blend garlic and butter, butter outsides of each slice of bread, place one slice
butter-side down in a pre-heated Teflon® coated non-stick skillet. Add all of
the ingredients — except the avocado, piling gently on the bread; top with the
second slice of bread. Cover and heat to melt ingredients together,
approximately 2 minutes. Turn when first side is browned. Remove when second
side is browned. Slice diagonally. Garnish with avocado slices. Makes 1
sandwich. |
