Hot Antipasto Poor Boys
creamy Italian dressing
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drain and cut into 1/4
sliced pepperoni, cut up
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
4 hotdog buns, split
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix dressing and Parmesan. Add artichoke, pepperoni and olives; toss.
Set oven control to broil.
Place buns, cut sides up, on ungreased cookie sheets. Broil
with tops about 6" from heat.
Spoon pepperoni mix onto buns, then sprinkle with cheese.
Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese hot and bubbly.
