Sloppy Joes

1/2 C. onion, chopped fine

1/4 C. celery, chopped fine

1 pound ground beef

Brown beef, onions and celery. Drain.

Add:

1 small can tomato sauce

1 T. vinegar

1/4 C. catsup

1 T. sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve on buns.
