Bourbon Sweet Potatoes
Three 1 lb. 2oz. cans sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Heat potatoes thoroughly over medium heat in large saucepan, stirring often.
Remove from heat, drain and mash. Add other ingredients except marshmallows. Mix
well and turn into large casserole. Sprinkle marshmallows over top and bake
uncovered at 350 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes or until marshmallows are
golden brown.
This recipe is easily reduced or multiplied for your family and guests
