Fried Zucchini Rounds

Take 2 medium zucchini slice off ends.

Slice in thin circles put in a bowl of cold water.

Meanwhile mix flour with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet dip zucchini in flour mixture and drop in hot oil fry on each side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve with ranch dressing.
