This peach cobbler recipe couldn't be
easier and it is delicious. I got this recipe many years ago from a lady named
Martha in Germany. She was from Alabama and this recipe has been in her family
for many years. |

Peach Cobbler
Melt 1 stick of butter in a casserole dish.
Mix:
1 C. sugar
1 C. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/8 t. salt
Add to the butter and stir in 3/4 C. milk.
Pour over batter 3 C. fresh peaches. Do not stir.
Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour.
