6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon minced onion
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon salt to potatoes
Cook potatoes until tender, then cool and grate.
Heat butter with soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese.
Stir in potatoes. Place in baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
Bake 40 minutes in 350° F. oven or until bubbly in center.
