Shredded Cabbage with Old Fashioned Dressing

1/3 cup white vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

dash pepper

dash Tabasco

4 cups shredded cabbage

3 green onions, minced

Mix together the first 8 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring, until thick and creamy

Pour dressing over cabbage and onions, toss and chill.

Serves 4-6
