Cook to 160ºF.
Wash your hands in hot soapy water after handling raw ground beef.
Put burgers on a clean plate.

All-American Hamburger
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the beef into 4 patties. Grill for 11 -13 minutes over medium heat. Add
salt and pepper after you turn the burger.
Add your favorite toppings: cheese, ketchup, onion, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard
or relish.
