Cajun BBQ Hamburgers
2 1/4 pounds
lean ground beef
2 eggs
3 1/2 ounces bread crumbs (helps hold patties together
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
3/4 Tbls salt
1 Tbl cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bell pepper (liquefy in food processor)
1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
Just mix all these ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Form into patties of whatever size you like. If you let these
sit in the refrigerator for about an hour before grilling them, they will hold
together nicely.
Otherwise, after placing them on the grill, do not turn them
until the underside is done. This will ensure that the patty doesn't break when
you turn it to the other side.
