1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire, divided
4 teaspoons dijon mustard, divided
1 2.8 oz can french fried onions, divided
1 package cream cheese, softened (3 oz)
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
4 kaiser rolls
Combine ground beef with 1 tbl. Worcestershire, 3 tsp mustard and half of
onions. form into four patties and broil or grill till desired doneness.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, blend cream cheese, remaining Worcestershire, mustard
and parsley. Spread cheese mix on cooked patties and top with remaining onions.
Broil or grill for 30 seconds more til onions are golden. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
