Taco Burger

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1 package taco seasoning

1 small can chopped green chilies

1/2 C. finely chopped onion

salt and pepper to taste

6 pieces pepper jack cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill or pan fry until desired doneness. Top with cheese and melt.

Serve with salsa mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and onion.
