Skor Raspberry Cheesecake
Oreo cookie crust mix
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened slightly
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup light plain yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 Skor candy bar, chopped
Raspberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a heart-shape pan, 8-inch square cake pan
or a small springform pan.
Prepare the Oreo cookie crust according to the package directions for 1 cake or
pie.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and
Skor candy bar. Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes. The cream cheese
should be just about blended in.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust
and bake for 30 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and
just leave it in the pan to cool for 1 hour.
Spread the raspberry pie filling over the cooled cheesecake and place in the
refrigerator for several hours before serving.
