Snickers Cream Torte Recipe
Cookie Crust
3/4 C. flour
1/3 C. butter, softened
3 T. powdered sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
Filling and Topping
3 Snickers (2 oz.), chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
1 C. chilled whipping cream
1/3 C. powdered sugar
3 T. cocoa
1/8 t. salt
Cookie Crust
Mix all ingredients with hands until crumbly; press in bottom of ungreased
spring-form pan or 8 inch round. Bake until light brown, 10 to 13 minutes. Cool.
Filling and Topping
Heat oven to 400° F. Prepare cookie crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the Snickers on crust. Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar,
cocoa and salt in chilled bowl on high speed until stiff. Fold in remaining
Snickers. Spread over Snickers on crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 6
hours. Remove from pan.
