Strawberry Cheese Cake Ice Cream
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese
4 cups light or table cream
2 cups strawberries, sweetened and chopped
Scald milk, add cream cheese, sugar and salt to the milk and beat until
thoroughly dissolved. Add the cream, stir in the vanilla and strawberries. Cool
and then turn in the freezer.
