Tutti Fruiti Ice Cream
3 mashed bananas
juice of 3 oranges
juice of 3 lemons
3 cups sugar
3 cups cream (optional: 2 pts. half and half may be
substituted)
Combine ingredients in 4 quart ice cream freezer. Add milk to finish filling
(approximately 3 cups). Place ice cream bucket in churn and freeze as usual.
