Cabbage Tossed Salad

5 C. chopped Iceberg lettuce

2 C. chopped cabbage

2 C. chopped red cabbage

2 celery ribs, chopped

3 green onions with tops, sliced

1/2 C. vinegar

1/4 C. vegetable oil

4 1/2 t. sugar

3/4 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

1/4 t. garlic powder

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, cabbage, celery, and onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat

Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
