To take this to a picnic, I would add
the salad mix to a serving bowl. Use baggies and premeasure the remaining
ingredients into them. Toss together just before serving. |

Grilled Chicken Salad with Bleu Cheese and Raspberry-Walnut
Vinaigrette
8 ounces precooked chicken strips
1 bag salad mix (without dressing)
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
4 T. walnuts
1 C. crumbled bleu cheese
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 C. bottled light raspberry-walnut vinaigrette
Place salad mix in a large bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
Toss with dressing.
Makes 4 servings
