Fiesta Mix Popcorn

2 T. margarine or butter, melted

1/2 to 1 t. chili powder

1/2 t. ground cumin

1/8 t. garlic powder

1/8 t. ground red pepper, optional

2 C. plain popcorn

2 C. cheese-flavored snack crackers

2 C. mixed nuts

1 1/2 C. seedless raisins

Blend margarine or butter, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and red pepper; set aside.

Mix popcorn, cheese crackers and mixed nuts; toss with margarine mixture until well coated.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir in raisins; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 6 cups.
