Crispy Pretzel Bars

1 C. sugar

1 C. light corn syrup

1/2 C. peanut butter

5 C. crisp rice cereal

2 C. pretzel sticks

1 C. plain M&Ms

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter until blended. Add the cereal, pretzels and M&Ms. Stir until coated. Press into greased 9-by 13-inch pan. Cut into bars.

Makes 24 or more.
