Creamy Sauerkraut Dip 16 ounces sour
cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups sauerkraut
1/2 pound shredded corned beef
12 ounces grated Swiss cheese
salt as needed
Combine ingredients and heat gently until melted together. Serve with rye or
whole grain bread/crackers.
