Whenever you empty a jar of dill
pickles, use the left-over juice to clean the copper bottoms of your pans. Just
pour the juice in a large bowl, set the pan in the juice for about 15 minutes.
Comes out looking like new. |

Dried Beef Roll Ups
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. fresh cracked black pepper
dill pickle spears
1 glass jar dried beef
Mix cream cheese, garlic salt and pepper together until smooth. Cut the pickles
into quarters lengthwise.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a piece of beef. Add the pickle in the
center and roll the beef around it. Cut into 3 pieces and stick a toothpick in
to it to hold together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
