Drunken Meatballs 1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Bourbon
3-4 dozen cooked small meatballs
Combine the first three ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes, until well blended
Add meatballs and simmer, covered, for about 45 minutes
For the crockpot--prepare sauce as above, put frozen (or regular) meatballs in
crockpot, pour sauce over and let cook on low 8-12 hours. |
