Fajita Chicken Wings
1 (5 pound) bag frozen chicken wings, thawed
1/2-cup line juice
4 tbsp oil
6 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Thaw chicken wings in a large bowl with warm water. Divide remaining ingredients
into two Ziploc rags; shake to blend. Add 1/2 of chicken wings to each bag.
Refrigerate overnight, turning to coat occasionally.
Heat oven to 375 degree. Drain chicken wings, reserving marinade. Place chicken
on broiler pan in single layer.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is no
longer pink, brushing with reserved marinade.
