Green Chili Cheese Dip
5 oz. cream cheese softened
3/4 C. sour cream
1 C. picante sauce
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies chopped and drained
1 4 oz. jar diced pimento drained
3 C. cheddar cheese shredded
2 cloves garlic minced
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 t. chili powder
Add cream cheese and sour cream to your food processor bowl. Blend together
until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste to adjust seasonings
if necessary.
