Mushroom Rounds 1 cup fresh, chopped
mushrooms
1 T. butter
1 T. chopped onion
1 1/2 T. flour
1/3 cup cream
Grated sharp cheese
Breads
Sizzle mushrooms and onion in butter. Sprinkle with flour, add cream and cook
for approximately 2 minutes on low heat.
Spread on buttered bread rounds and sprinkle with the sharp grated cheese. Brown
under broiler until bubbly. |
