4 oz cream cheese,
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 shakes Louisiana hot sauce
2 Tablespoons bottled salsa
2 teaspoons dry taco seasoning
1/4 Cup sliced black olives
1/4 Cup shredded cheddar
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream hot sauce and salsa
and spread on slice of deli meat (ham or turkey are good).
Roll into log and slice into 1/2 slices. dip one cut end in olives and the other
in shredded cheddar
refrigerator for ready snacks or serve as appetizers.
