Spicy
Nuts
2 T. oil
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 C. cashews
1 1/2 C. dry roasted peanuts
Combine the oil and spices together in a mixing bowl. Add nuts and toss to coat.
Spread evenly on 13 x 9 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 300°F. for 20 minutes. Stir
once or twice. Cool. |

Raspberry Cheese Ball
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
2 T. sherry
1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans toasted
1/4 C. seedless raspberry preserves
Combine cream cheese, sherry and nuts, mixing until well blended.
Chill mixture at least 30 minutes.
At serving time, shape into a ball. Make a hollow on top of the ball. Spoon the
raspberry preserves into hollow and around the sides of the ball.
Serve with crackers.
