Spinach Dip
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tab shredded carrot
Squeeze spinach until excess moisture is removed.
Put into bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
About 4 cups
Note: Dip is best if refrigerated overnight. |
