The Herb Garden
Cooking with fresh herbs has become a essential part of my cooking style.
Herbs are fun to grow and you don't need a big garden. I keep a straw- berry pot
filled with herbs on my deck and move it inside for the winter.
I grow thyme, sage, basil, oregano, parsley and rosemary in my pot.
I also grow a few herbs in the garden and pick them in the fall to dry. Try
growing a few for yourself and you'll taste the difference. |
