Cheeseburger Pie
3/4 pound hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 slices bread, cubed
1/2 cup Ragu sauce
salt, pepper and oregano
Saute beef and onions in butter. Add Ragu, bread and seasonings. Pour into 9
inch unbaked pie shell. Beat one egg, add 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup grated cheddar
cheese. Spread over beef mixture. Bake 1/2 hour at 350F.
