Chili Meat Balls
1 stack soda crackers
2 t. chili powder
2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. salt
Combine all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 1 inch apart on large cookie sheet or shallow pan. Bake at 350°F. for
10-12 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. Serve.
