Crispy Con Carne
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 15-ounce cans Ranch Style Beans
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 12-ounce package corn chips, crushed
Lightly brown the meat in the oil. Add onion and cook until barely tender. Add
seasonings, tomato sauce, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 8 minutes.
Pour in 9-by-13-inch oven glass baking dish. Top with crushed corn chips.
Bake at 375° F. for 25 to 30 minutes.
