Everyday Family Meatloaf
2 pounds
ground chuck
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes hot sauce
1 large egg
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 dashes salt, optional
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in an 8 x 10-inch loaf or cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, cut criss-crosses across the top and drizzle with ketchup. Let
sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
Serves 6.
