In 5-quart Dutch oven or other large pot, brown ground beef with onions. Cook
until meat is crumbly and onions are softened but not browned, about 5-7
minutes.
Stir in garlic, beef broth, tomatoes, water, chili powder, oregano and paprika.
Bring just to a boil and add noodles. Cook length of time described on package,
usually about 10 minutes. They should still be firm to the bite.
Serve at once in large bowls. Sprinkle about one-fourth cup cheese over each
serving.
