Sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil about 3 minutes, until onion is
transparent and soft. Remove onion and garlic and set aside. Sauté mushrooms in
the butter and oil remaining in the pan for 3 to 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
Soak bread in milk until soft. Crumble bread into small pieces; squeeze out
excess milk. When moistened and crumbled into pieces, bread should equal about 1
heaping cup.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients, adding some bread crumbs
if mixture is too soft. Form mixture into an oblong shape and place in a greased
pan.
