2 pounds hamburger
1 8 oz. jar pizza sauce
1 cup crackers, crushed
1/4 cup green pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp. Season Salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine meat, eggs, 3/4 of the sauce, crackers, parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of the mozzarella, onion, green pepper, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Pat into and 8x8" pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 mins. Drain off fat. Spread on remaining pizza sauce. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle on remaining mozzarella cheese and bake 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts!
