1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion diced
4 oz tomato sauce
salt and pepper

Make a loaf and put into baking dish (not loaf pan).

Sauce:

4 oz + 8 oz tomato sauce
4 oz water
2 tsp mustard
3 TBS brown sugar
2 Tbs vinegar

Whisk together and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
